This is the second time I had the opportunity to work with Doreen. She is the perfect partner in selling a home. Yes I would strongly recommend Doreen Tom as a my top choice for buying or selling a property!

Doreen made each offer we made very simple that we understood every step we took with her. She negotiated and helped us to find the best house in the perfect neighborhood. Her knowledge of the communities is with out question, she knows all the nooks. Her willingness to meet us on short notice and beyond hours is what made her the perfect choice for us. Doreen was extremely professional throughout the entire process. She was always there to answer any questions that we had anytime day or night. Our situation was extremely unique as the process took many months after going into contract but she was always available always supportive always helpful uplifting and encouraging throughout the entire waiting process even when we were very frustrated. I don't think we could have worked with a better broker as she made sure that our process with positive and enjoyable even through very tough times where I feel most people would have walked away. Selling a home is stressful and very personal, as well as your largest financial investment. Selling two homes (my own and my mom's) simultaneously multiples those factors. Doreen Tom was clearly knowledgeable, efficient and effective in the process. She communicated clearly to us about all facets of the process and was proactive in expediting the process. Most importantly, she listened to our needs and was sensitive to them. My mom is in her late 80s and Doreen was compassionate, understanding, patient, kind and warm to her throughout the process, while maintaining an appropriate eye towards negotiating a fair business deal. She dealt with potential buyers, appraisers. attorneys, etc. with professionalism and ease, always representing her client well. Doreen Tom is second to none. We were comfortable and confident working with her. Most importantly, we trusted her as an agent and a woman of great integrity. An added bonus was the pleasant, friendly, competent, efficient Century 21 office that handled appointments and screened buyers. In that regard, Nina and Laurie were beyond outstanding. They were thoughtful, kind and extremely competent and efficient when scheduling appointments and confirming the validity of who would be entering your home. We were not treated as numbers, but we always felt that we had a trusted friend looking out for us. Nina and Laurie are consummate professionals exuding integrity, competence and warmth. From where I sit, if Doreen, Nina and Laurie were to train the rest of the staff, Century 21 would not only be number one, but number only. Doreen Tom did an outstanding job. She was always on top of things and sent us updates and reminders so we were on top of things as well. She gave us plenty of tips to improve the value of the property and did a great job marketing as well. She was very informative when it came to offers and gave great advice, we ended up selling the property at a higher price than expected. Recommended by our daughter, my Wife and I met Doreen the day we listed our house. Doreen listened to our concerns, made her recommendations, made the whole puzzle fit. Approximately one week later on a Sunday, we had the open house. We had twenty two offers, we accepted a cash offer, $31,000 above asking. We signed the contract four days later, and closed one month after. All due to the trust, knowledge, understanding, and hard work of Doreen.
